The AVRILIONIS olive mill is a family-run olive oil production unit in Gargalianes, Messinia.
Our journey in olive oil began in 1964 and continues to this day, with steady investment in infrastructure, know-how, and control of the production process.
Our activities cover olive fruit reception and pressing, storage, bottling, and trading of olive oil. We work with producers in Messinia and with customers in Greece and abroad, aiming for consistency, quality, and long-term partnership.

Our family's involvement in olive oil production began in Gargalianes, Messinia. Since then, production knowledge has passed from generation to generation, through daily engagement with the olive fruit, the olive mill, and the producers of the region.
The business enters a new phase, installing centrifugal machinery that was state-of-the-art for olive oil production at the time. This transition marked the company's adaptation to the new demands of olive processing and quality.
Production activity moves to a new site, with investment in modern mechanical equipment. The unit is organized to meet the needs of a more integrated production process, from pressing to storage and bottling.
In 2017, a significant investment was made in the mill's mechanical equipment and production capacity. Processing capacity increased from 14 to 24 tons of olive fruit per hour, while a new production line with vertical malaxers was added, aiming for even greater control over the olive oil production process and the quality of the resulting oil.
Today, the AVRILIONIS olive mill has pressing, storage, and bottling facilities, with the capacity to produce more than 1,500 tons of olive oil annually and a storage capacity of over 1,100 tons. The company continues to invest in technology, infrastructure, and processes, while preserving its family character and its direct connection to production.
